Meet our Founder & CEO
As the Founder and CEO of Univictory, Matt Panzano brings more than a decade of classroom experience as a high school teacher and a subsequent career in higher education. A first‑generation college student himself, Matt understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities involved in accessing higher education. This perspective inspired his TEDx Talk on the financial needs of college students and a mission that has taken him to over 55 colleges and universities, where he has gained direct insights from admissions officers about what they look for in successful applicants. Today, Matt leads Univictory with a deep commitment to demystifying the admissions process and empowering students and families to achieve their educational goals.
